Day 3 | Hangzhou | Morning practice at West Lake Qigong and Tai Chi Practice area, morning teaching, Spiritual Laboratory of the Master Who Embraces Simplicity Dao Temple, Long Jing Tea Fields, farmer's meal. ?Night--West Lake Special Show.? |

Wudang Mountains | This is a spectacular internationally protected heritage area that is one of the most revered Daoist sites. While Hangzhou was home to an renaissance in Internal Alchemy, Wudang was a home to Internal Alchemy much earlier. We will settle in, cultivate and practice here. |

Hua Shan - Flower Mountain | Hua Shan, Flower Mountain, is also a revered Daoist area with especially incredible staircases carved into the stone. To get closer to Heaven go to Hua Shan. The famous and highly revered Master of Sleeping and dreaming Qigong, Chen Tuan, developed his practices here at the serene Jade Spring Temple. |

Beijing | Beijing is an immense modern city as well as an ancient capital of numerous dynasties. The Great Wall, The White Cloud Temple (Headquarters of Long Men, Dragon Gate), Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Purple Bamboo Park - also silk, tea, calligraphy, jade, pearls, herbs -- oh my! It is too much, too big, too commercial and too busy, so be sensitive, you can't do it all -- OR you can by staying extra time. |
