By registering for and participating in this training, I agree to the following:

Attendance Requirements

Students desiring to complete the online IIQTC Level 1 Integral Qigong Teacher Training (OL1) and receive certification must attend all 30 hours (12 sessions in 3 Modules) of required Zoom training with the IIQTC Faculty.

Training Schedule

If you miss a required training session in any of the 3 modules of instruction, we offer a makeup session with one of the Faculty for a fee of $120.00. Example: If you miss training sessions for Module 1 and Module 3, you must attend a makeup session for each of the missed modules.

These are the makeup session dates: 

Module 1: Saturday, February 6, 8:00am - 9:00am Pacific
Module 2: Thursday, February 25, 4:00pm - 5:00pm Pacific
Module 3: Thursday, March 18, 4:00pm - 5:00pm Pacific

Program Cancellation (By Participant) Policy:

We take the responsibility of preparing future teachers seriously, and we trust that you do as well. Organizing a training event at IIQTC Headquarters requires considerable time, effort, and resources from our training and production team. Likewise, your participation and completion of the training will require a dedicated investment of your own time and energy, alongside other commitments in your life.

In light of the effort involved on both sides, we ask that before you register and submit your course fee, you take a moment to carefully consider the time commitment involved. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and if any changes arise that affect your plans, please notify us as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you wish to withdraw from the course, we request that you notify IIQTC Adminstration by email at iiqtc@healthaction.net.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made before January 4, 2027 qualify for a full refund of all tuition paid. Note: If you selected a payment plan, the $75 finance charge is non-refundable.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made after January 4, 2027 but before January 20, 2027 qualify for a 50% refund of tuition paid. The $75 finance charge remains non-refundable for payment plan selections.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made on or after January 20, 2027 are not eligible for refunds due to infrastructure and setup costs incurred.

If there is an extraneous circumstance where you cannot attend the program sessions, please reach out to us by email and we will do our best to assist with enrollment with future program options. If funds are transferred to another similar program, an administration fee of $150 will be charged to enroll.

If a student withdraws from the training or cancels their training participation once the course has started, the student will need to pay the refresher fee in order to resume the certification process for that training level when the training is offered again. To receive certification, the student would need to complete all attendance requirements for that training.

Program Cancellation (By Health Action Inc) Policy

Health Action Inc dba Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC) reserves the right to cancel any program, at any time. Should it be necessary to cancel a program, registrants will receive a full refund if a satisfactory alternative is not possible.

Virtual Classroom and AI Use Policy

To help protect the integrity of IIQTC's educational programs and the work of our instructors, participants agree that course materials and live instruction are provided for personal educational use only.

Please do not record, photograph, screenshot, or share any portion of the training, or use AI or other automated tools to transcribe, summarize, or reproduce course content. Personal handwritten or typed notes for your own learning are welcome.

Thank you for helping us preserve the quality and value of these educational offerings for all participants.

Training Waiver

I understand that the program may involve physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional activity, including exercises that may tax my physical, intellectual, mental and emotional capacity. I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the program and in every separate part of it is purely voluntary.

  • I acknowledge that my choices and my actions may pose a risk of injury to myself and/or possibly others.
  • By this consent I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks and consequences of injury either to myself or caused to others by me in the program.

I release the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), Co-Producers, IIQTC Faculty and Assistants, Health Action Inc., from any and all liability for injuries to myself. I agree to hold harmless the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), Co-Producers, IIQTC Faculty and Assistants, Health Action Inc., and any of their companies from any and all liability for injuries to myself and for any injury to others caused by me.

Photo / Video Release

I hereby grant permission to Health Action Inc and the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. 

Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to:

  • Presentations;
  • Courses;
  • Online/Internet Videos;
  • Social Media;
  • News (Press);
  • Marketing Materials.

By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.

I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.

By agreeing to these policies -- Attendance Requirements, Cancellation Policy, Virtual Classroom and AI Use Policy, Training Waiver, and Photo/Video Release -- I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above policies and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
